Services

BCONE HOMES provides plumbing, heating, cooling, heat pump, boiler, water heater, and window/door services in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. All work is performed by licensed, insured technicians.

Quotes & Pricing

Online quotes are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Diagnostic service calls ($89) are waived with repair.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on repairs, up to 25-year warranty on repipes, 10-year on heat pumps, and 12-year on water heaters. Manufacturer warranties apply separately.

Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

BCONE HOMES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
