A dusty indoor coil is why so many AC units 'used to cool better.' This foaming cleaner does the maintenance-visit job in between visits: spray it on the exposed coil face, let the foam lift the film, and the next condensate cycle rinses it through the drain. Combine with a UV lamp and the coil stays clean year-round.
